THE GREAT BROUGHTY BAKE OFF COMPETITION!

We know there are some braw bakers out there. This competition is to find the best Scone Baker in the Ferry! Braw Tea are hosting the competition- a place known for their braw scones! No entry fee- just turn up with your scones, drop and go and we will contact the winners later that day!

THE BEST OVERALL SCONE ( judged on flavour, texture and consistency)- 

£25 Braw Tea Gift Voucher for the winner, a framed certificate and Braw Tea will feature this scone to sell at their cafe during Gala Week.

THE MOST INNOVATIVE AND ALSO TASTY SCONE ( judged on flavour and innovation)- £25 Braw Tea Gift Voucher for the winner and framed certificate.

Both winners will feature in publicity.

How to enter-

PLEASE PICK UP AN ENTRY FORM FROM BRAW TEA CAFE BEFORE 7TH JULY

Then on the morning of Tuesday 7th July please drop off 3 scones in each category to Braw Tea Cafe ( 6 scones in total if entering both categories)- between 9.30 and 10.30 where our Scone Queens will do the judging and the winner will be announced later that day! Please note you will be asked to check we have an entry form with your details and a list of the ingredients in the scone recipe for allergen information. Good Luck!
